THE HERO OF EVERYTHING
I was the hero of everything
I could play guitar, dance and sing -
Art, science, forensics, sports,
whatever it was, it was my forte -
I was admired, for I was humble, too.
My thoughts were straight, my actions true.
I bespoke intelligence, courage and more.
I stood alone on the golden shore
for I was the hero of everything,
but the thing I did best was dream.
